A twist on the classic bubbly beverage with homemade sage ginger syrup and a Prosecco finish.
The Ingredients
- 50ml Didsbury Gin, Blood Orange & Ginger
- 150ml Blood Orange Soda
- Top with Prosecco, grate some fresh ginger and garnish with sage
The Method
Pour Gin and sage into a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake vigorously and strain into a glass.
Pour blood orange soda into a glass and top with prosecco.
Garnish with sage leaves.
