Signature Serve:

You can’t beat a classic. Simply pairing this gin with a good tonic and some bright and fruity garnishes is always a great way to enjoy it. 

 

Strawberry G&T:

You’ll Need:

50ml Didsbury Gin Strawberry & Sicilian Lemon

Your favourite tonic

Garnish: Strawberries and a lemon slice

Method:

To a balloon glass, add ice and pour over your gin.

Top up with your favourite tonic.

Stir gently and garnish with strawberries and a lemon slice.

Feeling fancy?

For those days where we just want to be that little bit more decadent. This cocktail pairs perfectly with a champagne afternoon tea and makes celebrations even more special. 

 

French 75:

You’ll Need:

50ml Didsbury Gin Strawberry & Sicilian Lemon 

75ml champagne (prosecco is good too!)

15ml lemon juice

5ml sugar syrup

Garnish: Lemon peel twist

Method:

In the base of a shaker, stir sugar syrup with lemon juice.

Add gin, then shake with ice to chill.

Strain into a flute glass, then top with champagne and stir lightly.

Garnish with a thin lemon peel twist on the rim.

This one was created for Sunday Brunch on Channel 4. It’s easy to make but this combination makes the flavours of our gin sing!

Strawberry Collins:

You’ll Need:

50ml Didsbury Gin Strawberry & Sicilian Lemon 

100ml San Pellegrino Limonata 

Garnish: strawberries

Method:

Fill a tall glass with ice.

Pour over 50ml gin.

Top up with 100ml San Pellegrino Limonata.

Garnish with strawberries and enjoy!
