- 50ml Didsbury Gin Plum & Rosehip
- 15ml St. Germain
- 1/2 fresh plum, sliced into chunks
- 1 rosemary sprig
- Soda water (to top up)
In a cocktail shaker, muddle together the plum chunks and rosemary with a splash of soda water.
Add ice, Didsbury Gin and St. Germain and shake to chill.
Strain into an ice-filled glass and garnish with plum and rosemary!
