The Ingredients

• 50ml Didsbury Gin Plum & Rosehip
• 15ml St. Germain
• 1/2 fresh plum, sliced into chunks
• 1 rosemary sprig
• Soda water (to top up)

The Method

In a cocktail shaker, muddle together the plum chunks and rosemary with a splash of soda water.
Add ice, Didsbury Gin and St. Germain and shake to chill.
Strain into an ice-filled glass and garnish with plum and rosemary!
