The Ingredients

• 50ml Didsbury Gin Plum & Rosehip
• 25ml lemon juice
• 15ml simple syrup
• 1 egg white

The Method

Dry shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
Add ice and shake hard again to chill.
Strain into a coupe glass and enjoy!
