The Ingredients
- 25ml Didsbury Gin Peach & Rose
- 25ml cherry brandy
- 50ml prosecco
- Garnish: Rosemary sprigs
The Method
Bruise the rosemary by holding it and clapping your hands together.
Drop it into a cocktail glass along with the Didsbury Gin and cherry brandy.
Top with prosecco and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
