Elegant and delicately balanced, this Gin Fizz is a refreshingly zingy delight.

The Ingredients

• 50ml Didsbury Gin British Bramble
• 25ml lemon juice
• 2 tsp sugar syrup
• 1 small egg white
• ice
• sparkling water

The Method

Add all ingredients except sparkling water to a cocktail shaker. Shake until frothy.
Add ice and shake again to chill.
Strain into a tall, ice filled glass and top up with sparkling water.
