The Ingredients

• 5ml sugar syrup
• 50ml Didsbury Strawberry & Lemon gin
• 75ml Champagne
• Lemon twist

The Method

Serve in a flute glass, garnish with lemon zest twist on rim.
Add 5ml sugar syrup, Didsbury Gin Strawberry & Sicilian Lemon gin, shake with ice and strain into a chilled glass.
Top with champagne and lightly stir.
