A simple 3 ingredient cocktail that is a sly retort to the well known Cosmopolitan

The Ingredients

• 60ml DG Raspberry & Elderflower
• 22.5ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
• 3 Spoons Raspberry Jam

The Method

Serve in a Coupe Glass, garnish with Fresh Raspberry.
Stir all ingredients in the base of shaker to dissolve jam.
Shake with ice and strain into chilled glass.
