Take this classic cocktail to the next level with an extra hit of blackberry flavour from the Didsbury Gin British Bramble.
The Ingredients
- 50ml Didsbury Gin British Bramble
- 25ml fresh lemon juice
- 1tbsp simple syrup
- 1tbsp blackberry liqueur, such as creme de mure
- Garnish: lemon slices and blackberries
The Method
Add 50ml Didsbury Gin British Bramble, 30ml lemon juice, 1tbsp sugar syrup and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake to chill.
Strain into tumbler glass with crushed ice. Drizzle 1tbsp crème de mure over.
Garnish with lemon and blackberries.
