With equal parts Didsbury Gin, Campari and sweet vermouth, the negroni offers a delightfully boozy tipple with minimal effort. What a great way to make the most of World Cocktail Day!
You’ll Need:
25ml Didsbury Gin Blood Orange & Ginger
25ml Campari
25ml sweet vermouth
Garnish: Orange peel twirl
Method:
Into a mixing glass filled with ice, pour Didsbury Gin, Campari and sweet vermouth.
Stir for 30 seconds to chill.
Strain into a chilled old-fashioned glass with one large ice cube.
Garnish with an orange peel twirl.
Tip: Not boozy enough? Try 50ml Didsbury Gin instead.
