We’ve finally made it to the end of 2021! It’s been a crazy year with a lot of ups and downs and, you’ll probably agree, we could all do with a drink or two now. So let’s go all out and treat ourselves – WE DESERVE IT!
These are our favourite cocktails for a taste of elegance, decadence, and celebratory vibes. AKA the perfect cocktails to enjoy as you say goodbye to 2021 and hello to 2022. Yum!

Now let’s make those cocktails…
Raspberry Spritz
You’ll Need:
50ml Didsbury Gin Raspberry & Elderflower
25ml St Germain
15ml Chambord
10ml lemon juice
Prosecco (to top up)
Garnish: Fresh raspberries
Method:
To a shaker filled with ice, add Didsbury Gin, St Germain, Chambord and lemon juice.
Shake well and strain into a wine glass.
Top with prosecco and garnish with raspberries.
Negroni
You’ll Need:
50ml Didsbury Gin Blood Orange & Ginger
50ml Campari
50ml sweet vermouth
Garnish: Orange peel twist
Method:
To a mixing glass filled with ice, add Didsbury Gin, Campari and sweet vermouth.
Stir for 30 seconds to chill.
Strain into an old-fashioned glass & garnish with an orange peel twist.
French 75
You’ll Need:
50ml Didsbury Gin Strawberry & Sicilian Lemon
15ml lemon juice
5ml sugar syrup
Prosecco or Champagne (to top up)
Garnish: Lemon peel twist
Method:
In the base of a cocktail shaker, stir sugar syrup with lemon juice.
Add ice and Didsbury Gin, then shake to chill.
Strain into a flute glass, top with champagne and stir lightly.
Garnish with a thin lemon peel twist on the rim.
Bramble
You’ll Need:
50ml Didsbury Gin British Bramble
25ml fresh lemon juice
1tbsp simple syrup
1tbsp blackberry liqueur, such as crème de mure
Garnish: Lemon slices and blackberries
Method:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker except blackberry liqueur.
Add ice and shake to chill.
Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
Drizzle over blackberry liqueur and garnish with lemon and blackberries.
Strawberry Collins
You’ll Need:
50ml Didsbury Gin Strawberry & Sicilian Lemon
San Pellegrino Limonata (to top up)
Garnish: Lemon slices and strawberries
Method:
Pour Didsbury Gin Strawberry & Sicilian lemon into a tall glass filled with ice.
Top with San Pellegrino Limonata and stir lightly.
Garnish with lemon slices and strawberries.
