Simple Serve:
Peach & Rose Gin Soda
It doesn’t get easier than this. Enjoying our limited edition Peach & Rose gin is just that simple!
The Ingredients
- 50ml Didsbury Gin Peach & Rose
- Fever Tree White Grape & Apricot Soda (To top up)
- Mint or basil (for garnish)
The Method
Fill a tall glass with ice and pour over Didsbury Gin.
Top up with your soda.
Garnish with raspberries and enjoy!
Spritz it up!
Peach & Rose Spritz
Add a splash of decadence to your cocktail making, with none of the faff.
The Ingredients:
- 50ml Didsbury Gin Peach & Rose
- 100ml Fever-tree White Grape & Apricot Soda (or regular soda water)
- 50ml prosecco
- Raspberries to garnish.
The Method:
Fill a wine glass with ice.
Pour in your Didsbury Gin, soda and prosecco.
Stir gently.
Garnish with raspberries.
A Tonic Twist:
Peachy & T
We’ve taken a G&T and given it a makeover with our Peachy & T. Give it a go! Not a tonic fan? Try soda instead.
The Ingredients
- 50ml Didsbury Gin Peach & Rose
- 1/2 ripe peach, sliced
- Tonic water (to top up)
- 25ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- crushed ice
- Rosemary sprigs (for garnish)
The Method
Fill a glass with peach wedges and crushed ice.
Pour over Didsbury Gin and lime juice, then top with tonic or soda water.
Serve with a rosemary garnish.

The Ingredients
- 25ml Didsbury Gin Peach & Rose
- 25ml cherry brandy
- 50ml prosecco
- Basil and raspberries (for garnish)
The Method
Pour chilled Didsbury Gin Peach & Rose into a glass along with cherry brandy.
Top with prosecco and garnish with a basil and raspberries.
