Classic Martini
You’ll Need:
50ml Didsbury Gin Original
15ml dry vermouth
Garnish: Grapefruit slice
Method:
Fill a mixing glass with ice and pour in the gin and vermouth.
Stir for 30 seconds and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Express a grapefruit twist over the martini and then place on the rim to garnish.
Enjoy!
Breakfast Martini
You’ll Need:
50ml Didsbury Gin Blood Orange & Ginger
15ml lemon juice
15ml triple sec (optional)
1 spoon orange marmalade
Garnish: orange slice
Method:
Stir marmalade with Didsbury Gin Blood Orange & Ginger in the base of a shaker until dissolved.
Add other ingredients and shake with ice until chilled.
Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with an orange slice and even a triangle of toast if you’re feeling fancy.
Pink Martini
You’ll Need:
50ml Didsbury Gin Raspberry & Elderflower
10ml St Germain
10ml sugar syrup
5 raspberries
Method:
Muddle raspberries in the base of a shaker.
Add ice, Didsbury Gin and sugar syrup.
Shake to chill and strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with three skewered raspberries and enjoy!
Espresso Martini
You’ll Need:
50ml Didsbury Gin Original
25ml fresh espresso
15ml coffee liqueur (we use Kahlua)
10ml simple syrup
Garnish: a dusting of cocoa powder
Method:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and all ingredients except garnish.
Shake vigorously for 15 seconds and strain into a martini glass.
Dust cocoa powder over half of the cocktail and enjoy!
