It’s the most wonderful time of the year, which means it’s time to serve up some wonderful Christmas cocktails and to make sure you create the absolute best – we’ve released a Christmas pudding liqueur. By infusing traditional festive fruits and botanicals, we’ve created a uniquely festive taste sensation. Classic gin botanicals with a Christmas twist are what makes our Christmas pudding liqueur the ultimate addition to the festive period.
Using our brand-new Christmas pudding liqueur, we’ve got three fantastically festive recipes for you to enjoy. Let’s get stuck in and ready for Christmas.
Mulled Christmas gin

You’ll Need:
50ml Didsbury Gin Christmas Pudding Liqueur
150ml apple juice
50-100ml freshly squeezed orange juice, to taste
1 tsp cranberry jelly/sauce (optional)
Cinnamon stick
Orange slices and/or fresh cranberries, to garnish
Method:
Add the juices and jelly to a pan, then heat gently for a few minutes, until the jelly has dissolved.
Remove from the heat, strain into a glass, then top up with Didsbury Gin Christmas Pudding Liqueur.
Garnish with a slice of orange and/or a few fresh cranberries; you can also pop a fresh star anise or
cinnamon stick in, for added flavour.
Festive Espresso Martini

You’ll Need:
50ml Didsbury Gin Christmas Pudding Liqueur
25ml espresso
10ml gingerbread syrup
Sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg
Method:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add the espresso, gingerbread syrup and Didsbury Gin Christmas
Pudding Liqueur. Shake well to chill and create that signature froth. Then, strain into a coupe glass.
Sprinkle with a little cinnamon or nutmeg, then serve.
Sparkling Christmas Pudding Cocktail

You’ll Need:
25/50ml Didsbury Gin Christmas Pudding Liqueur
2tbsp clementine juice
Prosecco (to top up)
Garnish: Clementine peel twist or a blood orange slice
Method:
To a cocktail shaker or jug filled with ice, add Didsbury Gin Christmas Pudding Liqueur and
clementine juice. Stir to combine and chill.
Strain into a chilled champagne flute and garnish with a clementine peel twist.
