Let’s get creative and have a walk through some of our favourite suggested serves…
Original – The Classic G&T
You’ll Need:
50ml Didsbury Gin Original
120ml your favourite tonic water
Garnish: pink grapefruit
Method:
Add Didsbury Gin Original to a chilled balloon glass filled with ice.
Pour over your favourite tonic to taste.
Garnish with a wedge of pink grapefruit.
Tip: Not a tonic fan? Try soda instead with a splash of fresh lime.
Raspberry & Elderflower – Raspberry Collins
You’ll Need:
50ml Didsbury Gin Raspberry & Elderflower
30ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
30ml soda water
10ml simple syrup
2 raspberries
Method:
In a tall glass, muddle raspberries and simple syrup.
Add Didsbury Gin and lemon juice, then stir.
Fill with ice and top with club soda.
Garnish with more fresh raspberries.
Blood Orange & Ginger – Didsbury Negroni
You’ll Need:
25ml Didsbury Gin Blood Orange & Ginger
25ml Campari
25ml sweet vermouth
Garnish: Orange peel twirl
Method:
Into a mixing glass filled with ice, pour Didsbury Gin, Campari and sweet vermouth.
Stir for 30 seconds to chill.
Strain into a chilled old-fashioned glass with one large ice cube.
Garnish with an orange peel twirl.
Tip: Not boozy enough? Try 50ml Didsbury Gin instead.
Strawberry & Sicilian Lemon – Strawberry & Lemon Gin Fizz
You’ll Need:
50ml Didsbury Gin Strawberry & Sicilian lemon
50ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
Soda water to top up
Garnish: lemon slices and strawberries
Method:
To an ice-filled old-fashioned glass, add lemon juice and Didsbury Gin.
Stir well, then top up with club soda.
Garnish with lemon slices and strawberries.
Manchester Tart – Clover Club
You’ll Need:
50ml Didsbury Gin Manchester Tart
25ml dry vermouth
15ml lemon juice
15ml raspberry syrup or jam
1 egg white
Garnish: 3 speared raspberries
Method:
Add all ingredients to an ice-filled cocktail shaker (except garnish).
Shake until chilled and thoroughly combined, 30-45 seconds.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with three speared raspberries.
