French 75
Serve in a flute glass, garnish with lemon zest twist on rim. Add 5ml sugar syrup, Didsbury Gin Strawberry & Sicilian Lemon, shake with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Top with champagne and lightly stir.- 50ml Didsbury Gin Strawberry & Sicilian Lemon

Strawberry & Lemon G&T
Serve in a gin balloon over lots of ice.
Add 50ml Didsbury Gin Strawberry & Sicilian Lemon, your favourite tonic and garnish with a slice of fresh lemon and strawberries.
Cucumber Cooler
Muddle cucumber in the base of shaker.
Add gin, lime juice, sugar syrup and mint.
Shake with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
Top with splash of soda.
- 50ml DG Original
- 25ml fresh lime juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 15ml soda water
- 2 slices of peeled cucumber
- 8 mint leaves
Apple Business
Serve in an old-fashioned glass.
Garnish with an apple slice fan.
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a glass.
- 50ml DG Original
- 25ml apple juice
- 15ml fresh lime juice
- 1tbsp honey syrup
Gin & Juice
Serve in a martini glass, garnish with blood orange and rosemary sprig.
Combine gin and blood orange juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Stir well and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with blood orange slice and sprig of rosemary.
- 50ml Didsbury Gin Blood Orange & Ginger
- 25ml blood orange juice
- Sliced Blood Orange
Sage, Blood Orange & Ginger Fizz
Add gin and sage to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake vigorously and strain into a glass.
Pour blood orange soda into glass and top with prosecco.
Garnish with sage leaves.

- 150ml blood orange soda
- Prosecco (to top up)
Cosmonaut
Serve in a coupe glass, garnish with fresh raspberry.
Stir all ingredients in the base of shaker to dissolve jam.
Shake with ice and strain into chilled glass.
- 50ml DG Raspberry & Elderflower
- 25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3tsp Raspberry Jam
Raspberry Collins
Serve in a highball glass, garnish with lemon wheel, mint sprig and raspberries.
Muddle the raspberries and simple syrup.
Add gin, lemon juice, and stir.
Fill with ice and top with club soda.
- 50ml DG Raspberry & Elderflower
- 25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 25ml Club Soda
- 2tsp simple syrup
- 2 Raspberries
Gin Sour
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
If using egg white, dry shake without ice first. Then add ice and shake for 30 seconds to chill.
Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.
Serve and enjoy.
- 50ml Didsbury Gin Manchester Tart
- 25ml fresh lemon juice
- 15ml simple syrup or raspberry syrup
- 3 dashes aromatic or vanilla bitters
- Optional: 15ml egg white
Plum Sour
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake hard to combine.
Strain out ice and shake hard again.
Fine strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with dried rose petals and a plum slice.
- 50ml Didsbury Gin Plum & Rosehip
- 25ml fresh lemon juice
- 15ml simple syrup
- 1 egg white
Bramble
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker except blackberry liqueur. Add ice and shake to chill.
Strain into a tumbler glass filled with crushed ice.
Drizzle over 1tbsp blackberry liqueur/creme de mure.
Garnish with lemon and blackberries
- 50ml Didsbury Gin British Bramble
- 30ml fresh lemon juice
- 1tbsp simple syrup
- 1tbsp blackberry liqueur, such as creme de mure
- Garnish: lemon slices and blackberries
Peachy & T
Fill a glass with peach wedges and crushed ice.
Pour over 50ml Didsbury Gin Peach & Rose, 25ml lime juice.
Top with your favourite tonic or soda
Serve with a rosemary garnish.
