- Tonic
The Method
Serve in a gin balloon over lots of ice. Add Didsbury Strawberry & Sicilian Lemon Gin, your favourite tonic and garnish with a slice of fresh lemon and strawberries

The French 75 is a refreshing and citrusy, sparkling gin cocktail that packs a punch.
The Ingredients
- 5ml sugar syrup
- 50ml Didsbury Strawberry & Lemon gin
- 75ml Champagne
- Lemon twist
The Method
Serve in a flute glass, garnish with lemon zest twist on rim.
Add 5ml sugar syrup, Didsbury Gin Strawberry & Sicilian Lemon gin, shake with ice and strain into a chilled glass.
Top with champagne and lightly stir.
